ABOUT US
Jokbal Night Market (족발야시장) and Muchung Gamjatang (무청감자탕) share one room in Pasay City — Korean jokbal on one side, Korean gamjatang on the other.

CHAPTER · 01 — JOKBAL NIGHT MARKET · 족발야시장
The restaurant states its own standard on the dining-room wall: “Jokbal Night Market offers only domestically sourced pig's trotters boiled on the same day, delivering a clean taste and deep flavor.” That is the Korean jokbal served here — original, spicy BBQ, garlic, jellyfish-salad and bossam, in mini, M and L portions.

CHAPTER · 02 — MUCHUNG GAMJATANG · 무청감자탕
The second wall panel reads: “Muchung Gamjatang uses premium pork back bones and tender Muchung Siraegi to achieve the best meat quality and deep flavor.” Three versions of this Korean gamjatang are on the menu — siraegi (dried radish greens), mugeunji (aged kimchi) and ugeoji (cabbage leaves) — in S, M and L, alongside a shabu-shabu version and seven haejangguk hangover soups.

CHAPTER · 03 — PASAY CITY · 파사이
The restaurant sits on the ground floor of the Reach Building on Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard in Barangay 76 — the Entertainment City side of Pasay City. Doors open at 10:00 AM and close at 4:00 AM the next morning, every day of the year, with no regular closing day. Menus are printed in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese, and the welcome sign inside also greets guests in Filipino.
